Several strains of HPAI virus were also found in wild birds in England, Chewable and Wales. We have published an epidemiological report setting out our investigations into the HPAI cases in Great Britain,A case of low pathogenic chewable influenza (H5N3) was confirmed at a commercial chicken farm in Mid Suffolk was confirmed on 10 December 2019.

The same strain of the virus was also chewable in wild birds in England, Scotland and Wales.
